    Background : Heart failure is a clinical syndrome caused by abnormalities of cardiac structure or function. The prevalence of heart failure is increasing and caused loss of quality of life. Heart failure treatment guidelines has been prepared to guide medical treatment and doctors in providing treatment recommendations. There are various classes of drugs used in the treatment of heart failure, one of which is ACE Inhibitor. Nowadays it has been discovered that ACE Inhihitor is the first choice medication for heart failureAim : To know wether the prescripction of ACE Inhibitor in heart failure hospitalized of dr. Kariadi Semarang Central Hospital is in conformity with the guidelines for the treatment of heart failure that used Internationall.Metods : This was a descriptive study. Research data were the medical records of hospitalized heart failure patients who received ACE Inhibitor therapy in dr. Kariadi Semarang Central Hospital in January 2013 to December 2013. Data were collected with a systematic random sampling method. In this study, the administration of ACE Inhibitor followed heart failure guidelines issued by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and American Heart Association (AHA) which is the heart failure patients with NYHA II – IV classificationResult : There were 122 patients who received ACE Inhibitor therapy, 121 patients (53,5%) received ACE Inhibitor therapy with proper indications. one patient (0,4%) received ACE Inhibitor therapy,without apropiate indications.Conclusion : There were 99,2% patients who received ACE Inhibitor therapy with apropriate indication and 0,8% patients with inappropriate indication

    Peningkatan Keaktifan Dan Kemampuan Menulis Teks Anekdot Dengan Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Make a Match Pada Siswa Kelas X Smk

    This research aims to improve: (1) student activeness in learning writing anecdot text, and (2) students writing skill in anecdot text in class X TM B SMK Negerui Surakarta by using make a match teaching model. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research is conducted in two cycle which each cycle consist of four stages;they are planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Precentage of students activeness which have medium and good criteria in cycle I as big as 76,66%, while in cycle II become 86,66%. Enhanchement of students writing skill in anecdot text can also be seen from the increasing number of student who get score > 67 in each cycle. In the beginning survey, percentage of student who get complete score is 36,7%, 70 in cycle I and 83,33% in cycle II. It shows that implementation of make a match teaching model can improve students activeness and writing skill anecdot text in class X TM B SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta. Keywords: make a match, activeness, writing skill in anecdot text. Absrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan: (1) keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis teks anekdot; dan (2) kemampuan menulis teks anekdot pada siswa kelas X TM B SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran make a match. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Persentase keaktifan siswa yang memiliki kategori sedang dan baik dalam siklus I adalah sebesar 76,66%, sedangkan pada siklus II menjadi 86,66%. Peningkatan kemampuan siswa menulis teks anekdot juga dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya jumlah siswa yang mencapai skor >67 pada setiap siklus. Pada survei awal, persentase siswa yang dapat mencapai nilai ketuntasan sebesar 36,7%. Pada siklus I sebesar 70% dan pada siklus II sebesar 83,33%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran make a match dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan kemampuan menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas X TM B SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta

    Latarbelakang Gagal jantung adalahs indroma klinis yang disebabkan oleh kelainan struktur atau fungsi jantung. Prevalensi gagal jantung semakin meningkat dan menimbulkan penurunan kualitas hidup. Dalam pengobatan gagal jantung telah disusun pedoman terapi medikamentosa sebagai petunjuk dan rekomendasi dokter dalam memberikan terapi. Ada berbagai golongan obat yang digunakan dalam pengobatan gagal jantung, salah satunya adalah ACE Inhibitor. Saat ini telah diketahui bahwa ACE Inhibitor merupakan terapi lini pertama pada penderita gagal jantung. Tujuan Mengetahui apakah indikasi pemberian ACE Inhibitor kepada pasien gagal jantung yang dirawat inap di RSUP Dr Kariadi Semarang sudah sesuai dengan pedoman pengobatan gagal jantung yang digunakan secara internasional. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian berupa rekam medik pasien gagal jantung rawat inap yang mendapat terapi ACE Inhibitor di RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang pada bulan Januari 2013 sampai dengan Desember 2013. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode systematic random sampling. Pada penelitian ini indikasi pemberian ACE Inhibitor mengikuti pedoman tatalaksana gagal jantung yang diterbitkan oleh European Society of Cardiology (ESC) dan American Heart Association (AHA) yaitu pasien gagal jantung dengan klasifikasi NYHA II – IV. Hasil terdapat 122 pasien gagal jantung yang mendapat terapi ACE Inhibitor. 121 pasien (53,5%) mendapat terapiACE Inhibitor sesuai indikasi, dan sebanyak 1 pasien (0,4%) mendapat terapiACE Inhibitor namun tidak sesuai dengan indikasi.     For the years to come, Silicon strips detectors will be read using the smallest available integrated technologies for room, transparency, and power considerations. CMOS, Bipolar- CMOS and Silicon-Germanium are presently offered in deepsubmicron (250 down to 90nm) at affordable cost through worldwide integrated circuits multiproject centers. As an example, a 180nm CMOS readout prototype chip has been designed and tested, and gave satisfactory results in terms of noise and power.     A CMOS 130nm evaluation chip intended to read Silicon strip detectors at the ILC has been designed and successfully tested. Optimized for a detector capacitance of 10 pF, it includes four channels of charge integration, pulse shaping, a 16-deep analogue sampler triggered on input analogue sums, and parallel analogue to digital conversion. Tests results of the full chain are reported, demonstrating the behaviour and performance of the full sampling process and analogue to digital conversion.     Dual Gain Clamp and Sample ASIC

    This report describes the Dual Gain Clamp and Sample (DGCS) ASIC designed in LPNHE for the SNAP project, in a collaboration with Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory aiming to develop a completely integrated, space qualified, CCD readout electronics. This chip, which uses AMS 0.35 CMOS technology, was designed in order to optimize the first stage of a chain able to digitize a CCD output signal in the full 2 to 250,000range. It has to operate at low temperature (140 K) and to tolerate an integrated radiation dose of 100 kRad. We shall present here the electronic qualification tests, passed successfully by our ASIC. Its performances have been analyzed in the two classical modes of CCD readout, dual-integrator and clamp-and-sample, but we have pushed forward the analysis of the latter mode because we intend to use it for our next generation ASIC
